Pressure Vessel Repairs

We do pressure vessel repairs and modifications on-site, and in our fabrication shop where practical. We can do this thanks to our familiarity with pressure vessel design, and with the ASME Code, our certifications and the skill-sets of our employees. Our services extend to clients throughout the Albany and Glens Falls, NY areas.

Types of repairs and alterations include (but are not limited to):

Nozzle replacement
Piping configuration changes
Shell repair or replacement
Cladding and weld build-up
Inspection including thickness measurements
Manway repair
Jacket replacement/repair

All repairs will be done in accordance with the ASME code, typically including a hydrostatic test and inspected by an independent Authorized Inspector (AI). We possess a current ASME U-Stamp, R-Stamp, S-Stamp, H-Stamp, PP-Stamp and HLW-Stamp.
